3030 Lemmon Court Minor Subdivision (PLN190063) Environmental Analysis

An initial study/mitigated negative declaration document for County Planning file PLN190063 prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) is available for public review.  The document describes potential environmental effects of the proposal for a four-lot subdivision at 3030 Lemmon Court. Mitigation measures are included to reduce impact of any environmental effect to a level that is less than significant.

The public review period in which comments will be accepted in response to this document begins June 9, 2020, and ends at 5 pm on July 8, 2020.

A public hearing before the County Planning Commission is scheduled for July 15, 2020, at 6 pm at the County Board Chamber, 481 4th Street, Hollister.
